If you made it through the final interview, does that mean you're already hired (let's just say no background investigation or medical exam)? Can the company still exclude you from their hired list because you didn't graduate from a reputable institution? (why bother calling me if I didn't graduate from that school)

huwat2 lang jud ts...f dghan d i mo sa list...na uban company nga mo prefer jud og skol asa ka graduate..pero ang uban dili pud..depende pud sa imong working experience....depende ra jud nas company...

imo, you're not officially hired until you sign a contract.. just because nakalahutay kas final interview, doesn't mean you're automatically hired.. that just means you're one step closer to getting hired.. taktakay man gihapon na.. and yes, they can opt not to hire you based on your school records.. that's their prerogative..
