i must say this suggestion will curb trolling or off-topic posts in every thread. thus encouraging quality posts from the members.

as for monitoring, there are a lot of the members who could act as quality police and report the incidents directly to the mods... or something like that.

iStorya is such a nice informative place... too bad the increasing number of OTs might turn it into one big chatroom even if there's a dedicated channel in the undernet to cater that.
