the grunge era 90's, the black crowes still manage to release classic hard rock albums like shake your money maker and The Southern Harmony and Musical Companion. those are excellent records and went on tour with jimmy page on the same stage, I think its in the late 90' s.
just love songs like she talks to angels, hard to handle and most of the tracks on the musical companion record esp. hotel illness.
the robinson brothers are very underated but great songwriters in that decade.

I also love the Black Crowes. Hard and bluesy on some tunes; soulful ballads on others. I especially liked them when Marc Ford was playing guitar in the band...

if the black crowes was from the 70's, they would have been icon's. the black crowes is too 70's, thats why 90's dont really appreciate their music. their music is art rock.
