Im not using water cooling on my own rig nor am I entirely familiar with all the brands/parts but I've installed and currently maintain several watercooling PC's my friends purchase them at either SG or US ( petras ) and have me install/maintain it.

Since your wondering about leakage, I dont think there are any leak detection tools available but what I normally do is have the loop run for 2-3days with the system powered off side from the pump and fans everything is attached, the PSU is just shorted to power up tons and tons of WHITE paper towel on the interconnects to easily spot leaks. With the clamps/fittings these days grabi na kaayo ka gamay ang chance of leakage basta no rush lang pagka install.

maybe leak detector equipments will work. Like this:
Ultrasonic Leak Detector, 40.5 KHz - Ultrasonic Leak Detectors - Nonelectrical Properties Testing - Test Instruments : Grainger Industrial Supply

That i dont know, I've encountered leaks during the leak testing usually just after installation. Good thing daghan kaayo ang paper towel and only the pump/fan is powered.
