My EVGA card died on me after 2 months of use and already had it rma'ed. Ang pangutana nako sa mga nakasulay ug pa rma sa ila EVGA nga card if unsa ka dugayon till madawat ang replacement? Mag 1 month na kapin ug ang last feedback sa seller kay gipadala sa distro ang card sa taiwan. Need your feedback, thanks.

Morag lisod e kuha ang accurate turn around time ani coz it depends on exactly when they shipped it, when it was recieved by EVGA TW and when they will take a look at it and how fast the replacement will be shipped. Roughly guessing 45-65days.. I've never had to send an EVGA product back yet ( knocks on wood ) some distributors will inform the retailer to give the customer an existing stock if they have any.

What videocard is this if I may ask?

^EVGA GTX 460 1GB. Its been about a month since I was informed the card was sent to taiwan. Lisud ang pag contact sa seller and distro since I bought it sa tpc. Good thing the sales rep sa store where I bought it was from CDO ug natubag ra pud ako mga queries ug follow-ups.

Ah if its a 460, its gonna take a while since the card's been out of production a couple of months ago. Mayta ilisan kag 470 or 560ti

Lagi, ang nangabilin nalang kay GTX 460 SE ug kadto 768mb nga version. Malas lagi kayo, its my first EVGA product. Unta mailisan ana imo gpanghisgut pambawi sa hasul.

Wa na juy lain maka input ana, maski if best friend in the world pa nmo ang official distributor sa Ph ani, it all depends on how the TW supplier can send a replacement.
