Out dated na ayo ang XP bro.. Pero kasaligan gihapon ayo. E reformat nlng imu W7.. Basin virus rana. Pag defrag pud.. Nya try adding ram if nai money.

i second emotion the reformat option bro...basin virus ra cguro na...windows 7 is quite fast on the core 2 duo...we have the same processors...^^

Basin wa ka nag maintenance mao hinay na kau imong PC despite of whether your OS is XP or Win7. Mas maau jd nga mag maintenance ka kay its one way of caring your PC.

Depends on your hardware specs. Older PCs, I will suggest XP but for new ones Win 7 to fully utilized those new instruction sets from your hardware.

If bag.o imo pc pag 7 jud. Wa nay support from MS after a yr ang xp.

XP is ok.... but give it rest... if you can run win7 go for win7, if your computer is old well you stuck at xp...

You might have insufficient RAM. Perhaps post your computer specs?
