How Fast is Sandy Bridge Integrated Graphics

I've heard that the integrated graphics in Intel's new Sandy Bridge processor especially those in the i5 2600k and up are pretty good. What is it comparable to in terms of low-end discrete video cards? Appreciate your views mga guru

The HD 3000 in particular is faster than AMD's lowest HD5xxx discrete card w/c is the HD5450.

HD 3000 as a 3d device, about as fast as ATI 9800 XT, X700 PRO, X800 GT, X800 SE, X1300 XT, X1600 PRO, HD 2400 XT, HD 4350, HD 4550, HD 5450 or Nvidia 6600 GT, 6800LE, 6800 XT, 7300 GT (DDR2), 8500 GT, 9400 GT

HD 3000 as 2d device and others about almost ths same except it has quicksync feature, help to for transcoding videos and such.
