    Default Infections during Pregnancy :(

i'm on my 32nd week of being pregnant and sad to say that i was diagnosed with UTI due to an TNTC WBC in my urinalysis result, basin dugay na pro wa lang koy na feel mn gud. my urinalysis last Nov is very good pa man.

i was then prescribed of course with an antibiotic by my ob/gyn that is declared safe for pregnant women... kay ma infected daw si baby if not cured...but still m too worried to take such medications!

mga sis & mga hubby nakasuway na mo ani or ur wives? UTI sad your/their infection? if so, unsa antibiotic used? ok ra si baby?

UTI is common for pregnant woman.

ok ra mag take ng antibiotics ask your obgyn, they usually prescribe low dose antibiotic para safe ra ang baby..

it also helps to drink alot of water and avoid softdrinks and iced tea

Follow lang doctors advice sis because she knows best gyud! Advice lang, drink lots and lots of water or fruit juice without sugar and likay sa SWEETS kay those make the infection worst! And take a pee always and wash your vajayjay from top to bottom front to back and not the other way around! Careful lang gyud when you already notice some brown stains on your panties or you notice that your panty is somewhat wet all the time kay sometimes, infections cause the water bag to rupture just a little bit enough for it to cause a leak that is slow but un noticeable kay mura ra man siya ug white blood or something. But the danger of it is, NO MORE WATER inside for BABY and the infection could go UP there with your baby which was what happened to me with my baby! When I delivered her, as in DRY and NO WATER and the OB said baho daw kaayo siya when she came out! We had to leave her in the HOSPITAL for a week for a 1 week antibiotic treatment just to make sure she is okay and not infected. Anyway, good luck!
