naka indicate na sa imong initial job offer? if wala, aw wa silay ma hems ug d na jud ka mu duty hehe![]()
our Labor Code only requires an employee to give 30 days advance notice to his employer of his intention to resign. if you sign a contract that says you need to work 60days, wala nana nakabase sa labor code but you still have to follow what is in your contract else ma breach of contract ka.
however, 60 days is too much when you decide to leave them for foul offenses or because you are not happy.
anyway, you still need to seek assistance from attorneys para maclarify imong case.

ako gi tan.aw ako contract kay mo resign pud ko bah.. pero wala man pud nag state og 30 days wala pud nag state og 60 days... so pwede rako maka immediate?
