system32 / ntoskrnl.exe missing/corrupted file

Hello pipz... need suggestions for this. My PC has a corrupted system32 file which makes my PC unusable. When I start to open my PC it displays a black backgroud with message " missing / corrupted system32/ntoskrnl.exe file. please re-install blah..blah.. blah.."

Is it okey to re-install the whole OS? Im afraid that if i re-install the OS, it will delete all my files... need advice.

Just boot from the cd and instead of fresh install, choose repair. This will replace/install missing files etc.

Pwd mangayog tabang? same ra mig problem...akoa lng, inig insert nako sa CD...wlay epek. Mag balik2 lng sa black screen nya mo display "missing / corrupted system32/ntoskrnl.exe file".
