I will be SM CITY Consolacion. Almost same sizes with SM City Davao and SM City CdeO and bigger than SM City Bacolod. It will have 70,000 sq. meter Gross Floor Area.
SM City Cebu has a total GFA of 273,804 sq. meters.
SM Seaside City Cebu will have a total GFA of 291,043 sq. meters.
