I do love to Jump Rope. Indeed, it is best cardio equipment. Not to mention that its cheap and can be used anywhere at anytime.
I am not so expert or should I say that I cant do all the cool tricks about jump rope coz I just learned this few months ago. What I do is I count from 1-100 then rest for a minute then another hundred again and so on so forth til I completed my 15 minute cardio twice a week.

Ganahan ko ani sa-una.. maau ni kung nag-boxing ka. mura man gd ga sprint ka kai high intensity siya.
Makatabang ni sa footwork og endurance sa boxing.
skipping rope exercise is one of the best indoor cardio exercises.
Akong style ani is skipping rope - burpee interval
2 mins skipping rope (fast pace)
1 min burpees (fast pace)
30 minutes ra every day...grabe kaayo maka pa cut. (of course excluding pa na sa regular sched sa gym)
