Would you adopt a child?

Given that millions of kids are orphans in the world. Even in the Philippines, I'm sure there are hundreds, of thousands of orphaned kids needing a home.

Would you rather adopt a child and love it as your own or would you rather have a child of your own?

i've always believed that i can love an adopted child as much as I would love a bilogical child. yes, i would love to adopt a child (or children) someday. if not adopt for my own, sponsor some children sa SOS Village or similar institutions.

But as much as possible I stick to the old truth, that in this world there is not much that counts more than flesh and blood.

For me, at this point in my life i already raised two wonderful girls. I would consider adoption if i did not have any children or cannot have one of my own. And thinking that i will be a grandma perhaps someday and will have grandchildren of my own in the near future, i have to rule out that possibility now.

maybe not in the near future...

im still caught in the middle of something thats like ordering a child from a factory.

maybe like i wanted a baby girl with tisay look...you know what i mean?

id probably go for that if*...i have this stable job and feeding him wud not cause me so much headache as well as the child..of corse i dnt want to adopt one when i have nothing to give good enuf..

Yes, definitely YES!

I feel like the Lord has blessed me with so much and, in turn, I want to chose a little girl out there that someelse abandoned and rear her up to be a wonderful lady.

I'm a single mom so it's important to me that whoever I chose to marry in the future must share the same commitment, too.

I'm just waiting for my son to turn 7. Family planning and all, you know...

well it would always be better to have a child on your own.. but if i discover that i cant give birth or if i have problems giving birth, then adoption would definitely be my next best option. having a kid and raising him is one of the most challenging yet equally rewarding blessings in life. i wouldnt really wanna miss that.
