PHYSICALLY:
ME ---- something in my head sort of wants to explode and heats up.
EMOTIONALLY:
ME ---- My heart beats a bit faster than normal and I feel like
punching something.
What do you do to CALM YOUR NERVES DOWN?
ME ---- I keep myself busy and relaxed. I arrange or dissarrange the room
just to have something to do or I eat something I really love or
I drink an Ice Cold drink!
