For me, "TGI Fridays" in Glorietta. 10/10. As in. The best restaurant Ive been to ever. And Ive been to lots. Its even better than my favorite restaurant here(Krua Thai).

Wendys/Burger King - for alternative lang to McDo and Jollibee. Both are around 7/10

daghan unta pero on second thought, maluoy man sad ko sa business...you know cebu, di basta basta mo click ang restaurants diri...market is just different. i like El Pollo Loco pero unsaon man, it didnt prosper here (was a pioneering crew member when they opened in Ayala many years ago).

Wendy's should have prospered here...daghan man patrons adto oi ngano man tong nag close man.

regarding grades/ratings, i would say the best el pollo loco chicken wrapped in tortilla would be around 7/10...but i know how each branch could differ from the others no matter how laid out the standards are in the franchise OM. some just fail to comply. the best Wendy's burger and frosty get my 10/10.

and let me just say this. how come Kenny Rogers in Ayala is not as good as the ones I've been to in Manila? ma disappoint ko everytime I go there. the salads are greasy. the chicken not fresh sometimes. the presentation sucks. i dont like going there at all. it's a 4/10 to me. to Kenny employees/owners, please take this as constructive criticism. i love kenny rogers chicken and am just expecting more.

Also: Tony Roma's (Famous for Ribs) they are in Manila too. This place is so well liked in the U.S., Tony Roma's BBQ Sauce is sold in grocery stores-My Favorite is "Carolina's Honey").
