    Default Globe: quick on charging bills, slow on customer service


    Just need some advice from the expert here:
    My concern is about Globe's continued broadband charges. I have requested them to terminate the broadband service (internet too slow and more often than not, i get disconnected) but retain the landline last April 2010, through e-mail they had asked for the requirements for termination and i complied, they said that everything was already being processed and that they will give me an update of the matter and the billing adjustments, since i will be using the land line only. But just recently i found out that they are still charging me their broadband service of which i had stop using since of April 2010 caused i had subscribed to SMART, and just yesterday they called to confirm if i am terminating my broadband service.............WTF.

    Mag 1 year na hapit karon pa diay nila nalihok ang akong request........

    i had that kind of experience pud..before i always get disconnected but dili slow ang connection medyo ok ra pud..taga tawag nako nila kay dugay kaayo lihokon..kung magpataod ka kay dali ra kaayo nya nagtip pa ko nila though tag 100 ang usa nya 4 sila kabook so 400 akong gitip nila para if ever naay koy reklamo dalion dayon nila..unsa bah nga 2 wks pa lang gani nako gamit kay magsige man off akong connection nya mga 2 hours mabalik..on and off until such time nga 3 days jud siya wa na ka connect..tawag ko nila mga 3 weeks una nila gibalik akong internet wa nako naghatag og tip kay sige ko og tawag mga 5x na siguro toh..dayon akong gipadisconnect..nibayad na ko tanan para wa nay hassle..mga 3 months hibong man ko nga naa pa man koy bayranan diay..giadto nako sa service center nila, engon sila nga wa pa daw na disconnect akong internet, nya kuhaon kono nila ang mga equipment pero retain ra ang telephone kay dugay naman ang phone na mo gamay pa man tong internet naa na among phone..akong giengnan nga ako naman gihatag..wa ko no sa ilang record..akong gipakita akong receipt nga naay nireceive sa broadband..nagyawyaw jud akong mama kay unsa ba kono..dali dali jud nila og change ang billing nya wa na ko pabayra atong last bill nila..karon kay smart pud akong gamit..
    totally bad experience jud..

    the services of the globe needs to be improvement....grabe ka dugy mo respond f naay problem..lugi kaau ang days wlay internet and fon..kasuway akng uncle na almost 2wks gyd cla wlay conection ang gbayaran nla same ghapon almost 2t to na plan napay static mao na aabot og 2t plus..kapila nani nahitabo last yr..

    mao jud ning globe uy... no wonder nganu daghan magpa change ug connection bati kaayo ilang service jud...

    hhmmmm... mao na wa gyud ko pataod og globe nga internet.. asa kahay nindot nga internet mga bro? ok ba kaha ning pldt sa? i heard mao2x ra man dyapon og problema, kun adto ta sa pldt, murag naa man dyapon ne nga problem... hahayzzz, nus-a man mausab ang pilipins..

    pero d jud ka magproblema sa pldt promise... i've been using globe and smart b4...

    one factor sad ang location para sa stability sa internet conection. naay location ok ang globe. sa uban ok ang pldt. if daghan ka kaila neighbot, ask og feedback f ok ba anf smartbro or pldt sa inyong lugar

    sakto ang naa sa babaw.

    mostly diri sa amung area, pldt ug smart bro ang kasagaran. maong nidecide kog try ug globe. 2wks+ nakong subscriber(WiMax) nga walay problema.

    mejo disappointed lang ko pagapply nako kay dugay ayo ko gi.installan. kinahanglan pa kulit-kuliton aron mulihok.

    pero sa products nila, satisfied. ko.
