Just need some advice from the expert here:
My concern is about Globe's continued broadband charges. I have requested them to terminate the broadband service (internet too slow and more often than not, i get disconnected) but retain the landline last April 2010, through e-mail they had asked for the requirements for termination and i complied, they said that everything was already being processed and that they will give me an update of the matter and the billing adjustments, since i will be using the land line only. But just recently i found out that they are still charging me their broadband service of which i had stop using since of April 2010 caused i had subscribed to SMART, and just yesterday they called to confirm if i am terminating my broadband service.............WTF.
