importante jed ni sa nag work sa call center.. ang girl jed maoy sayop nganong ni kalit cyag kasuko na wa man to cya gi mura sa complainant.. hahahaaaayyyzzz.. so kamo andam2 nalang jed mo ani.. unsaon nalng![]()

in my own opinion,i think ang call center agent ang naay sayop. ang ingun man gud sa lalaki "putang ina naman" tapos niingun ang babae "putang ina mo rin sir".ala sya gimura sa caller kundi ang sitwasyun.granted na nagmura ang caller ala na lang ta nya gipatulan.im not working in call center,thus i dont know what they're going through at work .but i know its not "mamon" dili sayun maghandle klase klaseng tao. siya na lang ta nagpasensya.
Patay!!! kasab-an pa... hilak pa jud.. gui lang dako man sab ang sweldo.. Purya buyag sab tong agent ming bagah man ang ulo... init pa ulo sa nagtawag kay pipila na ka adlaw walay internet. Gusto man unta sa client nga refunand xa sa downtime.. mao man unta to'y gusto ipa-ibot niya... aborido na iyang ulo kay pila na kaadlaw wah xa ka send sa iya report tungod sa discrepancy sa usa ka provider... pwerting dugaya pud ana nila mokihol pud oi.... na hala... atong pakpakan silang duha...
all in all PLDT sucks... really bad.. when i call all they do is "sir, try to restart ur pc baka mahina lng"
amp... all in all i dont really care how these PLDT DSL call agents are.. if they do not help me.. i will YELL and swear at them... i pay alot of money for their DSL which is still substandard....
^^ mao jed sala man to sa agent kay ngano ni kalit lng cya ug react.. so mga peepz out there nag work sa call center or even sa customer care department..paminawon sa jed tawn ninyo maayo ang gi storya sa caller before mo react.. kay na tanggal jed sa trabaho.. unsaon nalang![]()
it was just a normal reaction for someone who works in a call center....
dili malikayan naa kulit nga customer & naa sad point ang customer but ang agent wla mabuhat..
"NAKALIMOT UG MUTE" ang agent sa iya fon...
gi tiwasan pa niya nga nihilak!!! i bet that agent was still new....
that's the rule before u curse ur customers make sure the mute button is on..
this happens in a call center all the time....
ISP call centers in Philippines don't train their tech support well, verbatim scripting & limited technical know how
that you as customer knows already what they're going to say next...
they don't emphasize on QUALITY, how come BPO's are succeeding in terms of contact center ousourcing?
it's because WE Filipinos provide QUALITY calls to our FOREIGN customers but sadly we don't when our customers are Filipinos...
i hope the gov't would do something about all this complaints....
^^^ yah you're right.. I think she is new on that company.. that's why she don't have any choice is to cry... but if I was on her situation on that time.. i would rather tell to the customer that just wait or to call back, the supervisor should the one to explain on that problem specially the customer demanded too much or shall I say he needs to fixed that problem right away.. simple as that...The agent should think always that it's not good to argue on customers...![]()
customer service staff not trained very well how to handle like that, (kawawa naman), ganun talaga ang reaction ng client's bcos pinapa-asa ka sa wala.
Maayo gyud ni silang masanayon nga klase sa tawo ay, ug kita diay costomer mo report ta sa atong promblema balikason man hinoon ta, unsa na sila mubayad banag apil sa tong mga bills?
