TAX REFUND - did your company gave it to you?

i have been working with this company for more quite sometime, but the company has not given the TAX REFUND, not even once. My co-employess have NOT received it last year and, more so, this year . To make matters worse, we haven't been given the ITR or BIR Form 1700 - Annual Income Tax Return for two years.

nadawat nko akoa pero naa sad koy mga kauban na wala kadawat sa ilaha. ang mga wala kadawat ky katong mga naay work sa laing company before daun pagbalhin nila sa company namo karon ky wala sila kapass anang form 2316...basin pareha mog case sa akong mga kauban nga wala kadawat sa ilang tax refund... try to ask your accountant nlang sad nanu wala mu kadawat sa inyong tax refund...

The last company I've worked for was very good at ITR's infact they returned something like 99.5% of the taxes I payed.. What happens with companies these days is that they pocket 50-60% of your refund for their own.. I was even surprised that my ITR was about 45% larger than my salary considering I was with the company for like 4 months.

It's annual payment. If wala nimo macover ang whole year ang tendency ana kay ibalik na tanan. If start ka work June. ika dec or maybe jan ana kay ibalik ang tax nimo from Jun-Dec walay kaltas.

another scenario. If imong tax kay 1k per month. nya napromote ka November to a higher position nya tax nimo 5k na, ang mahitabo ana kay from Jan - Dec ang tax nimo 5k na

If sayop pag compute let's say nagstart jud ka work january nya wala kay tax refund. its either kuwang imong annual tax pag compute or na promote ka mid month. or imong company kay wala mosunod sa tax computation base sa BIR computation. Ang maayo nimo buhaton kay ask ka sa BIR og copy sa form ITR 2316 or ipacompute nimo imong salary. hatagi silag payslip nimo nya icompute from jan-dec. ingna pud na wala ka kadawat og tax refund og itr from your company. dako og penalty ang company if dili sila moabide sa bir rules.

people should be aware of these things. don't let your company neglect its duties to its employees and much to our government.

kinsay nakahibaw sa saktong computation sa tax refund??

in our company, everybody did not, or have not yet received our tax refund or we were or are not even given any computation of our annual tax or the ITR

our accountant ? she always has alibi or 2

we were promised once that i will be given on the 10 of march, but such was not given. many promises were made but they just remained unfulfilled unitl now.

if u ask your direct supervisor concerning the matter, " i dont know or no update yet."
