Right Click Hard Drive (example Drive D: )
share with>Advance sharing>then click "Share..."

thats basically it! pero if d ka kasud sa Drive D: using other PC or laptop sa imung network.. proceed ani na steps!

right click Hard Drive (example Drive D: )
share with>advance sharing>Security Tab>Edit>Add>
Advanced...>Find Now>select "NETWORK">OK
Under Network, tick allow Full Control and Modify>Apply..
thats it!
