Or you mean map as linked lists. Modern programming languages can do that.

Kun ang imong gikinahanglan is web-based application, I recommend OpenStreetMap. Duna pud ni siya'y API nga pwedeng gamiton sa imong application para modisplay og mapa. Basically, you will send the coordinates (bounding latitudes/longitudes) to the OpenStreetMap tile server and the server will stream the tile images to you which you will assemble asynchronously to create the full map.
