guys, i took the entrance test at san carlos and i passed my english and math. but my iq was just 1 point away of passing. 99 ako score but ang required is 100.. is there a possibility ila na e consider?

f mo ingon ang testing nga d ka madawat....try to talk to the chairman sa course nga imong gi applyan...hangyu.a ang chairman nga ganahan jud ka mo kuha sa ana nga course.....ang chairman man maoy mo recomment nimo....i think i consider ra jud ka ana....as probationary student sa course.....
