at least 64 kbps,bro. not more than 128. para compressed na xa and at the same time ok iyang sound quality. anything below 64 musuffer na ang quality. anything more than 128, you cant really tell the difference na...this is if playing thru loudspeaker ha. if through headphones, depende sa quality sa headgear nimo. pero 64-128 range is best for me. I usually convert to 64 to save space.
