Do believe that the Cebu City Anti-Mendicancy Task Force bring the mentally challenged vagrants to the mountain barangays just only for refreshment or they just dump there?

Ang problema man gud kay gipang-unload sa Kaohsiung Bus didto dapit sa Sirao ang mga "buang" daw. Kani daw mga "buang" nakit-an ni Carbon MArket nga libot-suroy didto.
Gikahadlokan ni sa mga residente sa Sirao basig unya mang hilabot sa mga bata.
Ang Cebu City diay naa diay silay project "Oplan Balhin Buang".
Ang ako lang for safety reason... ngano tago-an man nila sa bukid? why the City hall did't keep in a Institution nga mo-alaga ani nila or sa mental hospital?

Budget wise , that is probably the least priority they have to deal . Yes safety of the residents of Sirao is at stake kay mo tuo pa sila ug unggo ra ba so basin ma ala-an nila yet first things first , asa ang paryente or pamilya sa mga BUANG ? Kanang mga ga laroy laroy sa Carbon ug Colon , mao na ang gipang dala sa bukid aron adto sila mag laroy2x ug nature tripping na cguro .

if they just drop there for nature tripping or refreshment, i think it's not effective. They just ended up nga ma-nguykoy lang didto kong gutomon, usa sab unsa mam ila makoykoy sa bukid? Mosamot ang ila pag-kabuang didto.... and also the residents are worried asa ni sila mangatulog?
Yes ur right, dapat ang respective family jud ang mo keep ani nila. Cguro dili lang jud nila pagpug-ngan molayas jud mao nga gipasgdan nalang ni nila...
Ang ako lang... why they were rounded them up if they don't have alternative location?

WHen I said NATURED TRIPPING , you are not supposed to take it seriously lolz . Sirao is their alternative location .

.. the mentally deprived people shouldn't be venturing out in "nature spots", all they need to freshen up is interaction with "normal" persons, in that way they can still keep contact with sanity. I pity these people, they're considered "thrash" by many, shunned by society when fact of the matter is, society made them insane. But then again, with the Asean Summit, the city is trying it's best to look good. hahayz, i call these vagrants collateral damage. toink.

Residents bring vagrants to city
Residents of Cebu City mountain barangays have volunteered to pick up mentally challenged vagrants in their community and bring them downtown....
Mountain barangay officials early this week reported that a city-owned Kaohsiung bus was seen dumping vagrants in the mountains...
But Task force denies dumping vagrants in mountains....
