Who do I contact afterwards?
Do I still need to email the document?

You should be promoted to Premium automatically. It is not instant, so be patient. It doesn't take too long. If you have any problems afterwards, PM BeoR or Galadriel and they will get back to you when they can.

If ever I have plans for premium membership, can I pay it thru bank transaction? like BPI or BDO perhaps?
