ive got 1 too.. pa check mu dktor kay para makibaw mu status inyu back pain. basin nya grabe na kayu na. maka kimpang bya nya and maka gamay just lyk polio..
i have back pain too..due to work..kanang stressed ba ko kaau then naa lang sa computer cge dukduk..
1. i do homeservice massage once a month. One thing about having it done at home is you can rest and sleep afterwards.
2. i also enjoy lukewarm bath...maka wala sya ug back problems
3..then..tadannn..ang akong efficascent extra strength..sauna di jud ko ganahan manimaho ug efficascent but later on i have positivce results kay lami ang feeling matulog kung naay init sa likod nako..

actually di man ako ang naay back pains,ang ako mang GF. sa upper ryt iyaha back dapit magsakit, 3 days in a week naman gud cg adto og pump, nasobraan og sayaw lage hehehehehe. Sauna naa sya ani pero nibalik nasab aw ron. nawala raman tog kalit sauna.

kon sore lang from over exerting..rest and cold/warm compress...pero if it is chronic back pain...try to see a chiropractor for adjustments..

if sa upper back (shoulders / neck) usually caused daw by stress (emotional/psychological..basta not really physical), poor posture specially during bed time. Usually, docs give...hot compress, then massage, then hot compress. if sakit gyud for that day, drink mefenamic acid like ponstan, dolfenal...then exercise to strengthen shoulder/trapz muscles. and relax. enjoy lifedont take it too seriously. its medically supported that many back pains are caused by emotional/psychological problems/stress. I tried once sa chiropractor..ok gyud. hadlok lang.
Some people also say that its repressed anger. hmm..perhaps.
if lower back pain...usually cause by poor posture specially in sitting down, carrying heavy objects..if your over weight. mefenamic acid also works but not advisable to drink it everyday. hot compress. exercise. go see a doc for muscle relaxants / and PT sessions. my boss says, if youve got lower back pains then you need to find a new job. hehehe
