i am offering my expertise in Google Sketchup + Kerkythea Renderer to those who are in a hurry, be it conceptual or NPR renders for interior and exterior scenes.

rush jobs may take 1/2-2 days depending on scene complexity and render quality. just give me a copy of your architectural drawings in CAD file and we can start modeling in a snap!

4 sketchup shots (or more if u want different angles)
2 kerkythea renderings (can be retouched in photoshop if you want effects)

hi sir....
i could teach you a better rendering using vray with lights not burned out and different types of lighting styles and photo realistic scenes.
you would not know if its a photo or just a rendered image...
i could teach you for 5 days.. starting at 5k with all vismat and other techniques...
thats if youre just interested so you could improve more all about rendering. you dont need photoshop for this coz you would be using HDRI for the environment and controlling the sunlight.
render is just minutes even if its complex. hi def vsopt render

vray for 3dmax na sir? kay naa mn pud daw vray for sketchup.

i have basic knowledge in 3dmax and id really like to do some advanced stuff pero wa pa ko time rn. and usually our clients now dont require photorealistic renders. but nindut jud kat.onon ang max, nindut kaayu ang output. il keep this in mind sir.
