    Default challenges in losing weight


    guys, i know there are a lot of you out there, including myself who finds losing weight, avoiding sweets and maintaining a healthy lifestyle quiet challenging. gawas lang adtong super dedicated and super motivated or lifestyle na gyud nila. in my case, i really dont have any other leisure or diversion than food. haha. i so love food and i love to cook. lisud i likay kay im a mother too. when u go to the mall, its so hard to look for a resto that serves low fat food, except if u go pick a fruit at the supermarket. when i think of my weight, i always tell myself, mag pa reduce na jud ko, there are days nga motivated kaau ko but there are days pud na, bahala na, hala kaon ug taman. hehe. share pud mo sa inyong mga challenges when it comes to losing weight.

    Yeah thats sooo true, im facing the same problem, iv grown like 15lbs heavier after taking the board exam XD. wel i gues decipline and a well balanced diet will be a key factor. and good basic knowledge of nutrition and health. and ofcors exercise~ and keep yourself motivated and set your goal. and ofcors don't give up~. eat right and stay healthy, extreme dieting is just not ryt~ good luck to ya!

    i wish i can find a goal partner, someone who is also trying to stay fit like me. i have done this last year but when december came, i gained again. im not sure why but i didnt have the same motivation i had few months back. hahay, faet. hehe

    Same here! Stuck at 190 lbs! Training is spot on, but diet is crappy. So, ending, fat gihapon!

    losing weight is 70% diet and 30% exercise.

    Im actually eating lechon, lots of bacon, eggs, beef, lechon manok or whatever meat taman sa mabusog jud ko

    I even cook it in creamy butter and I drink full cream milk.

    from 130 lbs I dropped to 125lbs in 15 days, and murag ka 3 or 4 days rako naka exercise ani nga period.
    vegetables ra ako extenders if I need one.

    here's the catch: no sugar or any sugary food/drink, no wheat, no rice or pwede ra minimal like 1/4 to 1/2 cup sa sugod.

    And if ganahan ko mo sugar trip, prutas jud.


    sugar man maka pagutom nato gud. since I started my diet, most of the time I only eat twice a day. Kay di nako dali gutomon.

    try avoiding sugar basin dako impact sa inyo lawas. if addicted jud ka to sugar, you can minimize it lang sa.

    edit: don't follow me for now kay Im still observing it hehehe. I lost 5 lbs but nisaka ako cholesterol ug uric acid. Ill be checking them every month for 3 months. if no improvement ill stop. but nag fish nako para di kaayo taas ang cholesterol.

    Hey guys! What an interesting topic we have here.
    Let me share my own struggles in staying fit and healthy. First thing I guess would be money. I didn't realized that it's more expensive to live a healthy lifestyle or eating habits than living sedendary lifestyle. I lift weights 5 days a week coz I am trying to pack on some muscles while trying to lose those unwanted fats in my body.

    I work in the call center industry and my company pays me well but I noticed that lately I am spending most of my money on food and supplementation. I don't spend much on supplementation coz I believe that eating healthy [macronutrients] food is way better than those processed stuff. But I tried to get my macronutrients needs from both food supplements and healthy whole foods and so far, I see good results in my body.

    So far I dont have any struggles or hardships about my training regimen. It's just that my current gym doesnt have complete equipments [like machine for abs] coz its a hard-core free-weights underground gym for me. Hehehe!

    hmm.. wala kaayo koy problem in losing weight.. i'm lighter na gani than my pre-pregnancy weight.. pero ang problema ang bilbil jud.. flabby kaayo o_O unsaon man ni nako? i'm slowly adjusting my diet and i recently bought a jumping rope para naa pud exercise..

    para naku lang ha..sayun raman jud unta kaau ang techniques in losing weight. diet and exercise ra jud--proven and tested! problemnaku is kuwang sa discipline and commitment. i procrastinate, easily give in to cravings and deviate sa akong diet/exercise program so maglisud jud ug lose weight. if only i'm mentally strong enough to rise up to the challenge, di unta ku overweight. hayyyy. mao nay gi-ingon.. it's all in the mind...
