how to repair a mobo?

situation
mobo has been on standby about 3 months, stored inside mobo plastic (previously okay)
mobo has power
cfu fan running

---no keyboard response
---no display
---can't access to bios

all other hardware used was tested and working on other mobo (proce, ram and psu)

uhm try replacing cmos batt.

double check if the HSF is properly place.
also reseat the ram.
check if the 4 pin power cable connector to motherboard is connected.
check in the internet if your mobo supports the procie and ram compatibility.
