Need Help! from computer techs

wako kahibaw unsa cause ani kay mi kalit rai siya ka in ani!
1 year old kapin ako comp bought from pc express.
everytime i turn on my comp,dugay kayo mo boot up! it will take about up to 3 mins or more before siya mo show sa bios detection and all.
so i tried to experiment,sometimes kung imo i press ang reset button while waiting for it to boot up,mas dali siya mo boot.

troubleshoot:
i tried to do something about it by cleaning the memory,video card even the fans and all,i tried to directly plug it to the outlet without using the avr para ma check nako tanan.

please help!

it seems to be having a hard time initializing the system..

try turning it on will the basic stuffs lang... Remove all storage devices like SATA harddisks and cd-drives.
1. Motherboard with processor
2. RAM

i tried it karon,processor lang and memory,ni boot up man siya till sa bios nangitag bootable disc,so gi tagsa2x nako butang 1st ako dvd writer,same result,then lastly ang hdd,ni boot up naman sad dritso as normal! na wa nasad ang sakit,in ani ni siya tukar2x,ako sa i-observe sir,il post later...

basin naa pod kay naka taod na flash drive, pen drive, smart bro usb kit, globe and sun etc. this is also one of the cause. by the way can we ask for the full specs of your PC so that we can also determine other problem causing your boot time to slow.

try a different memory? if na try. try a different power supply if tried, try a different HDD if tried na sad, try a different motherboard or processor...hope it

try replace new power supply then tan-awa ang mga capacitor sa imo mobo basin niborot nana...

also try to update your bios system.

mga computer techs! salamat kaayo sa inyo mga advice! but sa pagka karon na stuck ko sa troubleshooting steps ni AMD_infinium05 kay human nako gi tang tang ang tanan like hdd and tanan attach sa board ni boot up naman sad siya tarong,ako nani nabuhat sauna kadaghan na but ako nasad gi suwayan ni normal naman sad iya operation! atay lagi kaayo! ill post nasad kung ma buan nasad siya para patabang ko unsaon pag determine ang sakit.

mo boot up nasad siya normally.
