hahha.. same question here... i-up lang ni nako para mabasahan..hehhee
bitaw, ako nahan pd ko khibaw unsaon.... panudlo mo oi....
Basically the same ingredients you just mix it like making fried rice (but go easy on the oil; extra virgin olive oil would do great though) and top it off with the sauce and garnishing.
I've tried mixing the sauce: 4 parts tomato ketchup, 2 parts Mayo and a bit of powdered pepper.. if you'd want that tangy taste; add a small amount of lemon (I prefer american lemon not to "maasim") garlic oil/sesame oil. experiment! nothings fixed in food preparation and its the fun part.. nitry ko ganiha, ingredients nko ky: sliced beef, sliced carrots-corn-peas, repolyo, garlic powder, salt, sliced union, patis, rice, +egg.. then mayonnaise ra akong gibutang sagol ug mothers best na hot&spicy... hayyy.. lami pero mas lami man ang shawarma oi.. hehe
gamit ko terriyaki-cut nga beef (barato ra sa Foodarama). marinate it overnight with Mother's Barbecue marinade....use Star Margarine pag sautee sa onions, repolyo carrots then add the rice....add a little Mothers nga barbecue marinade, mother's chili sauce and black pepper...puede ra light-mayonnaise gamiton...dili dyud parehas ang lami pero hapit-hapit na..
