Dugay naman ni. This was started after the 9/11 attack. FBI, CIA and NSA have this monitoring/surveillance system to watch over public infos such as blogs, tweets, forums as well as social networks for terrorist activities. Pero kanang private/personal infos kinahanglan pana ug court order if mangayo sila. But heck, there's is no really such thing as internet privacy.
