    Default pasaway nga mga empleyado


    HI ISTORYANS..

    can u recommend any sites in which we can post those people who goes AWOL or mukalit lang ug biya or hunong without prior notice? or people who ruin the reputation of the company and the operations...

    murag wala man tingali sir. pero kung naka daut sa reputation sa company pwede man tingali nimo i report sa police or mo file ka legal actions

    naka suway pud baya ko AWOL

    call center company ba ni sir/maam? if yes, normal ra ng AWOL sa call center based on my experience

    but anyway, kung mepz companies, i think naa na silay association sa mga HR nga mag sabot2x na sila sa ilang mga candidates or something like that...

    YOU CANNOT DO THAT!!!!! you can post anything or a person's name if ONLY naa na case na file against that person.... what i mean is you have to have a CASE NUMBER. If you are in HR or Recruitment you should know that... for further reference read our Labor Law. Know you rights people para dili mo mabiktima ug mga ABUSIVE. What you are planning to do will get back at you. Good Luck!!!!!!

    everything has a reason! naa sad rason nang mga nang AWOL biya, bisan unsa kabati paminawn...
    kai ingun ani sad biya ko! 2 times jud! haha!
    but naay reason! ako nato nganong wa ko nisulti sa akong reason sa company/companies... hehe...

    As an employee murag walay pajud ko ka suway anang ni awol pero naa pud ngali siyay reason nganu...

    depende sa position sa tao.. kung sales or collector.. maka post ka sa news paper stating that they are not connected to your company and all transaction done are void.. pero kung lahi... dapat na-a ug case...

    ug kung na-a mo no competition sa contract.. pwede sad..
