    Default what if m.stop ug gym?


    ganahan ko mag.gym during summer but ana ako friends na if m.undang daw kai kai m.tambok na daw ka dayun.. unsa d.i jud ang possible effects if m.stop ug gym?

    dpende rana... motambok ka kay sauna limit man imo kaon nya after maurag gana man imo kaon.. then wala kay excersise para mo burn sa imo fats.. pero kung healthy food ra okz rana..

    If you suddenly stopped going to the gym after working out, here's two possibilities I can think of:

    1) You may gain weight - if your diet is bad/worse than your diet from before
    2) you may not gain weight - you will still be the same person you were before going to the gym
    3) You may lose weight because you are so worried of gaining weight. Hehe

    i think depende ra nimo.. kay usually kung mag-gym, mudaghan man sad ang kaon kay mutaas man ang metabolism.. then kung mohunong ka, ma-lower imong metabolism unless you're exercising pud outside of gym.. possibly manambok ka kay you'd be eating in excess of what your body needs..

    dli bitaw ko expert ani, so don't take my word for it lang.. =D

    ok ra moundang, just do home exercises, gets a mens health or any health mag na naay execises na mahimo nimo sa balay

    sa ako lang nabantayan di man ingon ka mu gain ug weight jud, mu laylay ang part sa body like imo biceps nga sauna gahi ug pump kaayo tungod kay ni undang man ka..mao sa tan aw sa uban tawo nanambok ka..

    Yeps, depende sa person. Sa una ka try ko before pag first time ko naka try ug gym, 3 months ko ato then ni undang. Nag gain jud kog weight kay nilihok ako metabolism. Maayo pod kay payatot ko ato nga time.

    Then it's true nga mo relax or mo laylay gamay ang muscle. Pero naana na sa imo body, dili na mawagtang imong muscle. If magbalik kag gym, mas dali napod mo balik imong previous muscles.
