Here's the story guys

May employee ako, isang truck driver, pero kanang driver nako, dili regular den piece rate ra ang sweldo, less than 6 months pa pud siya nagwork sa ako.

Sa iyang pagwork, na accident siya, nadat-ogan sa truck while ga fix siya sa truck, karon, na hospitalize siya.

unsay liability nako as employer niya?

First are you legally his employer? given your business is legitimate and legal
and this driver is legally employed as per required prerequisite prior to employment---well stated and binding
contract and unsa na stated didto his duties (job discription, workload and schedule) and liabilities as an employee and same goes pud unsa imong
duties, responsibilities/liabilities as employer.

Sorry kaayo ha sa akong impression kay mura naglibog ka sa imong liabilities or responsibilies as an employer.

mu ask ko...do you have any qualities or do you know what your doing to hold such business?

If so I guess stated nana sa contract ninyu...kana if ever you have one

I think everyone knows this esp you have a business that involves workers

TS: makaafford man ka magbusiness y not go directly to a lawyer? what i know if madisgracia ang imo empleyado especially during office hours while performing his duty liable jud ka. how bout calling SSS? employer man ka diba? so naa jud ka SSS?

aw hehehe.. wa may contract so makalusot ka..but naa man say verbal contract bai, so basin masangit..
pero bai, concensya sad ta ana bai..mao sad na lisod sa business labi na if gamay pa.

ako advice lang tawn on behalf sa poor worker
is do his (the employer's) moral obligation
kung unsa man dapat niya ika tabang sa trabahanti and dili mag likay2x due to some
technicality nga wala sa contract or kasabotan

klaro man pud ang intentions sa T.S or what he said he/she is doing on behalf
nga ang concern is just how are they not involved or don't have to shoulder the expense

otherwise if concerned gyud siya sa na disgrasya wala nay daghan question and the first thing

based on your given facts, you can circumvent the law and excuse you from the said liability. Pro makaya ba sa imo konsyensia? but if i were the counsel of the concerned, i will make sure that you'll be liable.
