Guys,
I need some expert advice with routing calls. My client has a Skype account with a US phone number. He wants to route calls to different departments. We tried to use Ringcentral, but I can't hear the caller, but the caller can hear me. For outbound calls, it works okay.
I wanted to ask if there is a software or configuration that can help. We also tried 3CX but that did not work for inbound and outbound calls.
Basically, here's the deal.
Customer calls... 888-8888 (it can also be a toll free number)
IVR answers (press 1, for technical support, 2 for customer service, 3 for billing)
Call gets routed to a rep.. (note, there's only 1 person per rep department so nothing to worry about)
