Hi there. i am currently looking for a place to rent near Banilad or Talamban. our house is quite far from my office and im on a night shift sched.

* budget 2k-2,500(2 persons)
*inclusive electricity and water(im fine with extra charges for additional appliances)
*with kitchen, cr( common cr is fine as long as its clean)
*accept visitors(male or female)
*NO CURFEW
*safe environment (not crowded, a place where i can sleep during the day)
*i have a 1yr 5months old kid. (dont worry, im planning to let her stay with me 3 times a wk only.)
*accessible. 1 ride from office and vice versa.
