Most likely you will have to go through boot camp. But you will be fast tracked to NCO during training. You will have to take and pass the officer's qualifying exam before you can be promoted as a junior officer.

Dagko ni ug starting oi if mag military ka... If Officer Training Program imoha, upon the start of training, kay mag salary naka ug more than 20k. Then if ma Probationary 2Lt naka pagka human sa training, i think more or less 25k man ang basic pay.

Pero, if dili ka PMA graduate, expect nalang nga dili jud ka priority sa fast promotion. Ako na noticed, usually ang last rank or level nga ma reach sa non PMA graduates kay Lt. Col. or Colonel at retirement, that is if maayo ka ug track performance.

It also depends on the years of service too.

enrollment for the PMA only needs a minimum high school general average of 85%. being in the PMA is studying for a college degree and training for the military. after training in the PMA, you get the rank of a 2LT. enlistment for boot camp (PA, PN, PAF) needs 72 units in college. after boot camp, you get an enlisted personnel rank (airman for the PAF, private for the PA, apprentice seaman for the navy). if you are a 4-year degree holder, better take the officer candidate schooling or OCS.
