I went to this resto cause I have been craving sa ila san duo..then I was alone..then sat down waiting for someone to hand me over the menu para mka order..then I noticed nko na daghan ni abot na awahi nako..muy g tunolan ug menu ug g atiman, so wala lang ko for a while..then waited and observed..another group arrived, bang! g atiman nila , as for me gi ignore lang ko nila..damn! 20minutes has passed and I havent got my freaking menu to order..wala man sab ga sanina ug maot..typical mall attire man ta, presentable..also, what aggravates me the most kay dili daghan ug tawo mga 5-6 tables lang gi occupy in groups..so ni gawas na ko..then nakit an nako mura supervisor or mgr nila or whatever..complained to her the situation..then left and end up dining at dimsum break..tomgots na..so, so avoid sunburst sm..bad as in very bad service..luoy ka ikaw ra usa..might just be somewhere else..

maybe they where thinking that your waiting for somebody before ordering.. ambot lang pud.. better call their attention nlng pud if dili ka ma-attend..

yes, I did raise my hand to get me noticed yet they are soooo busy attending their grouped customers..hmm also wala man gani greetings ,mypa ang mga fastwood restos courteous kau..as in dead ma gyud grabee..musabot man ta kung super full ang place, but yesterday, ma ehap ra ang tables didtu nanga on.. Sharoo naman pud di sila notice nako where in fact nga didtu ko near sa corner nag palahi..kung naay tarong nga customer service, that alone mu duol unta sila

I had a similar experience.

Murag ang waiter/waitress mag huwat jud na tawagon kesa mauna duol nimo to take your order. It's either langayan lang sila OR naanad sila na naay mutambay sa ilang resto na mulingkod lang and then dili mu order?
