The film will begin with a prologue set in the Old West, giving a back-story on what The Creeper really is, who he was and how he came to be the Creeper. Flash forwarding to 2024, 23 years after the first and second films, Trish Jenner (Gina Philips) is suffering from horrible nightmares. She fears that her son will suffer a similar fate as her brother Darry. Teaming up with Jack Taggart Jr. and Sr., Trish looks to take down the Creeper for the last time.
