Got a plan with smart, from my experience here's a tip for you:

1. Secure requirements like :
- latest payslip (try to provide at least 2 months worth) , the # of months depends on what type of plan are you getting. The bigger the plan the more the payslips needed.
2. Valid ID's
- SSS, TIN, PhilHEALTH, Driver's License, Voter's ID (make sure everything is updated and not expired)
- If employed be sure to present your updated company ID
-make sure to bring a photocopy of the said ID's
3. Proof of billing
- VECO, water, other phone bills just be sure to have it under your name for faster approval
- If you don't have your own bill be sure the name on the bill that you're going to submit (either from your parents or kin) has a good credit report, not the ones who has unpaid bills, cut/disconnected mobile plans
4. IF EMPLOYED
- specially if you work at a call center. Provide the SMART rep with your HR email address so they can send an email to them verifying that you're an employee of that company. Cause the HR of most call centers operates from Night time up till 8,9 or 10am in which the SMART Store is still close.

Lastly be sure to follow up your application within a week and check if there's any reason for the delay or if they need additional info/documents. Hope this helps

dugay bitaw ang smart uy... 1 week na kapin ako application. though gitawagan ko nila nga approved daw ako application. pero wala pa unit (galaxy note). gi-offeran ko ug s3, pero murag di nako type.
