    Default Need Help to Build my own Gaming/Media desktop


    *1st Thread has been closed by the admins*

    =this are my prev. list i edit some parts * all those who said its not compatible etc.* well now i hope its all good.. i'm asking for your opinion about this if all of this doesn't seem pretty much okay with you i'm open for some whole recommendation by the people who are thrust worthy...

    PROCESSOR (Intel LGA1156)
    -Intel Core i5 760 2.8GHz 133MHz 8MB (4cores) - 9,800php

    MOTHERBOARD (Intel LGA1156/1366)
    - Intel DH55TC (HDMI+DVI+VGA, Micro-ATX) - 4,390php

    PROCESSOR (AMD-Socket AM2/AM3)
    -Athlon II X2 250 - 2,650php

    MOTHERBOARD (AMD-Socket AM2/AM3)
    -Emaxx AMD880G-FXN(DDR2/DDR3 - 3,200php

    VIDEOCARD (PCI-Express)
    -Sapphire Radeon HD5670 1024MB 128bit DDR5 - 4,500php

    HARD DISK (DESKTOP)

    You forgot to put in a PSU (Unless the chassis already has a built in PSU) and some Memory there.. (PSU and AVR are 2 different things)
    Plus, you should really state your budget so that people can suggest a whole system from scratch..

    PS: If you go for the Intel Route I suggest you wait a month or two for their Socket 1155 chipsets..
    It's much better than their Socket 1156 offerings..

    Okay thanks *btw nice avatar sir* anyways enough with the intro.. u got any idea/recommendations for PSU and memory + my budget is around 30-40k but i'm willing to take the cheapest about the socket 1156 my manager holds to what i told her so i wont make anymore changes... i just need the missing parts so i can buy all of them, thanks again

    What do you want, Sir? Do you want to go Intel or AMD setup?

    Intel has the fastest processors to date but they are a bit expensive... AMD has six cores as their top of the line but they are not as expensive as Intel. Some choose AMD because of price-performance ratio. Once you've decided that, Sir... we can go from that perspective.

    well, sir if ur saying that amd is cheap but good well i go for it.. thanks for ur recommendation about it.. and i got the whole price @ PCquickbuys btw do i missed some parts please remind me if i missed some... thanks

    That should give you a headstart, Sir. PCX is just across SM, that black building with Green Glass windows...check 'em out. I'd recommend you to go to G.I but since you have limited tech lore, PCX will be a better option for you.
