NTLDR missing

Guys,

Can you help me on this. I bought a new board Intel P865GVHZ, during my installation of Windows Xp, 2k and Linux FC5 it will not install and automatically reboot the system. I tried to bios update, removed the MoBo snd processor and change the memory, but it's still the same it will reboot the systm. I saw this error is dos NTLDR id missing and need to restart. Do you have any idear no this.

install clean windows....

use fdisk to fill bit 0 ang HD...

reformat imo hdd unya install os

Try fdisk /mbr imong pc.

Then install first ang M$ os nimo and later na ang linux.

thank you all. nasulbad na nako. Ako ra g changed ang processor and it works. I don't know if my processor is busted maybe my processor to my MOBO is not compatible. I also need to try this processor to other board, para maka ingon ko guba gyud ang processor. thanks sa inyo help and thumb up to storya dot net.
