Trail / hiking shoes? Nothing beats good old Timberland boots. Newer ones, i prefer Vibram, Merrell. Great traction even when wet & everyday comfort, durabilty is ok. Timberland's traction & durability is legendary, downside is the comfort level is at a bare minimum.
naka palit ko sauna ug ukay ukay nga sapatos montrail ang brand... branded na siya murag wala na kaabot diri sa atoa... lig-on to sapatosa until now buhi gihapon.. pero nindot pud na ang timberland ug northface...
napay usa sa market for hiking/trail
kanang Salomon Shoes
feedback pud mo ana beh
bitaw, more feedbacks about your trail shoes....I got a TNF and its very durable..its been with me for 3 years now...still alive and kicks ass..hehehe
Used Salomon before, but i'm really not impressed with its traction & durability. Slips on moist and wet surface with almost nil traction, and sole disentgrates after a month's use of regular use.
just bought switchback wide from columbia last december..for me ok iya grip, nya comfy pod sa tiil,breathable..it looks like this:

merrel bati, slide sa tubig, ma tangtang dayon iyang sole/lapa-lapa if ma basa uwan...
mas maayo tingali nga i-specify ang model sa sapatos nga i-review, kay naa may differences between models maski same ang brand.
mas maayo pud tingali nga ma mention ang conditions sa pag gamit ug pag maintain. kay sometimes dali maguba ang sapatos not necessarily because sa brand but because wa ma tarong pag tagad sa tag-iya. for example, maski ang trail shoes designed to take the brunt of rugged outdoor use in different terrains, extremes in temperature and moisture -- pero kun magpa uga sa shoes mas maayo kun sa shady, airy area. ayaw i-dry ang trail shoes directly under the sun kay usa na sa maka dali ka tang2 or guba sa lapa2.
mao ra na ako ma share karon.
