any netbook or notebook will do as long as it can read pdf files and has ms word.

look around the gadget and computer shops downtown
there are these very cheap 7" netbooks running on Windows CE...
and for around 10,000 I also saw a few 10" netbooks but w/o OS

actually that 7" netbook is cheaper than you think
...try downtown... might be even cheaper there
