1. a minimum industry-grade/level salary would be great...
2. i don't want to be upfront, but i would really want to grow old with this company and contribute to it's growth...![]()

1.How much is ur expected salary?
Do your research. How much is the mean salary for that position you are applying in that company and outside on the market.
2.How long r u gonna stay here in the company?
Always convey a message that you wanna stay long in the company. Say, "you wanna grow both personally and in career with them" and that you hope that they'll give you the chance to do so.
and there's more, there might be some HR looking into thishehehe... i couldnt agree less with their replies.
Well, it really depends on the position and industry. You wouldn't expect the company to be offering a call center agent salary package to an office clerk position.. But, normally, the companies would offer minimum pay to most of the rank & file positions.
Before entering into an interview, you should always do your research first. Find out what is the average pay and what other competitor's (of that company) is offering for the same position. This is where your network of contacts pay-off.![]()
its not what you say.. but how you say it![]()
