Many people told me that the place is good, the management, the ambiance and so last night I went to MO2 to check out the place together with my Girlfriend, Tito, and Tita. But our experience was so bad, we really had a hard time calling for waiter so we can order and it really takes forever waiting for our orders.
The worst thing about it, when we check for the bill, we're a little bit shock because we've been charged 1700+ for just a 11' pizza, 10 bottles of San Miguel light, a bottle of water, 1 mango shake and 1 order of Calamares and Sisig and even our driver was shocked for the total amount charged. And so Tita paid the bill immediately because she doesn't want any hassle, bad for them that Tito really wanted to know why it came up 1700+. We looked for the waiter who gave us the bill and went to the cashier but the cashier and the waiter can't explain. We also looked for the OR then they told us that the OR was already torn and is already at the bin. Then we looked for the manager to explain and immediately, they gave us the OR however there are erasures and we notice that total amount charged was somewhat changed from 1100 to 1700. We insisted for their explanation to what happened and so the manager immediately showed up and told the waiter to apologize and immediately gave the refund for the overcharged.
We really noticed that it's really scripted, the apology, the refund and the overcharged. It was really well planned. They thought that we're drunk, bad for them we're not.
