FSX took up 90% of my computer space bai... it runs very slow.. Its a shame coz its better that FS2004 unta

I don't play the game myself, but my uncle who is a pilot and obviously a Flight Sim junkie has complained bout the sluggishness of FSX as well. He has got a Athlon X2 3600+ chip, 1GB of RAM, and a 7600GT video card but the game crawls like a turtle on medium settings. It's like flying an air balloon he says.

I would love to hear from people who has a better system (eg. Intel Core 2 Duo, 2GB of RAM, latest GPU) to see how the game performs at their end.

i played the game myself, not to count that i cant even manage to take off a microfly but it slowed down my computer, AMD 3500+, 512MB RAM and 7600 GS video card that i dont enjoy the game.

yup, i would really like to hear from you peeps who are having a C2D setup, i really love that game but i guess i need a much better rig.

or change videocard to ati radeon 9600 or 9x00
