if guessing your using plugit, kay ing ana jd na ang smartbro basta peak hours, avg 0.2 ~ 0.3 mbps. miskan asa nga location. why not try globe? palit lang sim, just unlock your 3g usb modem.

thanks @odzk... I have heard of globe being slow, so I dont know if I can risk having to go that direction..

kini n lng n question, if I will use canopy, will that guarantee me of a better connection?

Im guessing that DSL is not available in your area. as for canopy dili ghapon sya guarantee but better than the usb plug it, if naa kay silingan nag gamit og canopy then if ok ra iya connection, most likely ok ra sd imoha.

you can buy a prepaid globe tattoo sim for less than 50 pesos (im not sure what the real price is) and try it on your usb plug it, check if the connection is ok, just make sure open na imo usb plugit before doing it.
