i forgot the model.
i already have 1gb ddr2-667 installed thats why i'm planing to add another 2gb ddr2-667. As far as i have searched, my mobo is only capable of handling 667 mhz.

You can use 800Mhz or even 1066, all of them are backwards compatible.

Looking for 667 specifically might be as hard as looking for a brand new boxed Pentium 3, just grab a ddr2-800 stick, again ALL of them are backwards compatible heck you can even use a ddr2-1333Mhz on that board.
