i have the same pair. They are OEM's. The originals cost more than P10K. I've done some research and it says OEM's use most of the same parts as the originals but may be packaged differently. Anyway, the real test is to try them. I love the sound. I'm using mine on my Iphone 4. Good bass, good sound. I can control the volume from the volume control on the wire and it has a mic to answer calls. These are the same price as what i paid. Can't go wrong for the price. But if you insist on the Originals then you got to put up some more cash!
